Some people we just love and when it's honest and true we can want them to be ours so much. But sometimes we sadly realize that it's not possible. I've had this happen and its a hard feeling at first. But in the end we keep our love for them because it was always honest. True love that is shared is very rare. Love, remember is what we give with hope to another person. And even if hopes are dashed....we still give them love becuase it it what we feel. It does sound like you feel that for this person because you speak of giving. Love is that way.
