Fairytale Not Meant For Me
THIS POEM HAS BEEN DELETED - MAY BE FOUND ON THE WEB BY SEARCHING FOR POEMS BY JAMES T. ADAIR I have a fairytale in my pocket I've been carrying around so long I've had the lyrics in my heart but they were never sung in song I've been led to believe that of my dream there must be something wrong becasue I never found a place yet to call home a place where I belong
So while I spied you crying in the looking glass I placed the fairytale on your mantle so you might see it as you pass I have no use for it now it only made me blue The fairytale I kept I think somehow I was only saving it for you And now your silence is growing louder and telling me there's nothing left to do and the only solution I can find that feels true is to leave the fairytale with hopes it will come to pass for you I'm giving up a lot of hopes that have given up on me If sadness lingers and joy never sings I'll try to somehow face it bravely and honestly

sometimes.. is good not to tell everything to the person you love.. coz when we do we lost everything.. and i did lost everything...
You know.. you put too much blame on yourself! You did your part and love isn't just about marriage. Maybe she was in love with "marriage" more than in love with you. Reality is tough...very tough. It can rip your heart out, I know.
But don't blame yourself because love takes two. Sometimes we have to face the very thing we cannot face.
very true...you got me thinking with what you have said...she was in love with marriage...dang....
