Definitions:
Abstract Words - words which denote ideas or concepts.
Accent - the stress, or tonic height ,of a syllable. The regularly recurring beats of a metrical line. The greater amount of force given to one syllable in speaking than is given to another.
Accentual Verse - the writing of poetry lines in numbers of stresses, or accents, as opposed to writing in feet. The lines have a fixed number of accents but a varying number of syllables.
