Slaughter you all and have no regrets
The Grim Reaper won’t have anymore debts
Rage has been unleashed from the inside
Vicious eyes show nothing more than pride
...
Spoken softly was the cry from within, words I barely heard as they left me.
I felt the tears in my eyes; as I read the note, it said
“I loved you the moment we met...” and ended with
“The joy you gave me while we were together I will never forget”.
I saw you walking down the road. Then our eyes met, you smiled and I smiled back.
We started to be friends, then you told me you wanted to be more than a friend so I said yes.
A dreary night’s clouds part, making way for a gorgeous sun to rise
Its dazzling array of pinks and oranges awe, even, the waking birds
Such a sun gilds its land with jubilancy and exultation.
You’d think a scene, as perfect as this, to be part of a painting;
It is but the beginning to a beautiful love.
This is my final poem, I think you all know why
I have finally made my mind up and I want to say goodbye
But, before I bid farewell, I want you all to know
I appreciate your kind replies, but now it’s time to go
You were 20 years old, with so much to give...
You showed me I had, a great life to live...
Hanging out, every single day...
When a guy hurt me, you knew what to say...

You said you needed time away from me…
it seems to me we’ve been through this before;
that time we gambled our eternity…
I gave you all I had, you wanted more.
