True...you've got to not quit on yourself even though it's easy to do. Sometimes we need the support of someone caring to get to that point.

..yes..correct...
It is only our "own self" who can give a meaningful life on our day to day activities.
That's why if we want to love, accept and respect other, it is mandatory that we give first to our self...
