when i was......

When i was born,
my mother alwaiys say
when i grow up,I will
be a poetry.

But my grandmother
said to me,all she
sees is a singer growing
inside of me.

When i was growing up
my neighbours said i can
be the star .

But my father said to me,
i can be the role model
of the youth in my community

Now the voice inside of 
me said i can make the world
listen to what i have to say.
And today  am the voice of Africa.
