	You know when you hit rock bottom And you don’t know what to do Cause you feel there’s no one to turn to What do you do there’s no light at the end of the tunnel No good thoughts go through your head Just thoughts of being dead Its like you need to eat but you can’t Well you don’t want to You don’t even want to breath You don’t think your worth the air Every day just to get out of bed is a struggle You feel broken inside but people can’t see it on the outside It looks to be ok nothing wrong there But maybe some people are good at hiding there feelings Your holding on to life by a few little strings Where do you go who do you show your pain to Just writing ease’s pain but when people read it, it brings shame But some how you have to extinguish the flame of your pain that’s how the cutting starts it starts to become a game How deep can you go but you don’t want the scares to show Its just for you to know this is where your pain will go For life I just don’t know where it will bring me or where I will go But one thing I do know when the blood flows the pain go’s By mark mulligan
