Until thr pain goes away

In my room i sit,
wondering how long i have to wait
how long till the pain goes away
if i sit very still it doesnt hurt as much
i wont move,
wont speak
not till the pain goes away

so many questions left unanswered
why did i trust?
how could you do this to me?
you said you loved me
was it all a lie?

how long do i have to wait?
wait for the day you come back
ill sit here
silent and still
till the day you return
and tell me you love me
until the pain goes away
