	Hating someone so much will make you regret Anger can consume your thoughts in the dark It is not easy to forgive and forget others Learn to control your emotions and be patient I been there I know what you mean it is hard You know I am here to listen to you always My ears are open and I see what you been through I am very sorry what happened to you long ago Pray to God and he will lift your burdens up All I can say is be strong do not lose yourself Your life is worth living for I will be there for you always.

this meant so much too me things hav been really shit for me lately but just knowing ther is sum1 out there with these sentiments makes me feel better!
