Ok, your feelings toward her may or not be more than she has for you. You truly care for as what you wrote can display that. You have been a true friend to her and she seems like she is grateful for that. I f you never tell her how you feel then how is she suppose to know? My opinion is you should tell her how you feel about her and ask her if she feels the same way about you. Everyone wants a true friend but if she doesn't feel the same way about you then she is telling you that she just needs a friend right now and nothing more from you.

Actually here too i hav a problem, i have however given her on several indications that my love for her is more than just a friend, and i also told her once too, but she takes it like i'm not serious, even though i am very serious. For example even though i am a muslim, i set her a nice xmas tree, decorated it, bought many many gifts to make the occassion more special, i did all of this when she had been to her aunt's place and she was not in town.I also made her a card which has her photo on which i had written a poem for her. . I wanted to give her a surprise (as she has not celebrated christmas from past 10yrs) and show her as to how much i feel for her.I paste the poem below

Actually telling truly i am not a person who is known to do all this kind of stuff as i am a very busy Doctor. Even after all this she is not getting the point that i love her very dearly. I really love her, i would be the most happiest person if she accepts me and marries me, i'l keep her like a baby, i'l never disturb her for my breakfast or anything, i am also a good cook, i will cook nice food for her daily, i will make her dreams a reality even before she dreams of it. I dont know how i can make her understand this, no matter wat i say about my love to her, she only replies by telling, "Nadeem, you r great with words". How should i make her know that those are not just words, that is my heart beat, my feelings that she hears as words.
Please please help me!! i am crazy about her. i just love her.

I agree that everything she said you should tell her how you feel and if she says she loves you and bye than that means she does like you. So go for it ok?

hii.. i think too that you should tell her what you feel for her.. you are both feeling like the same way it is just that she hasnt realize yet or is ashame of telling you because she thinks you might not like her. but actually you do!!
maybe if you confess her she will respond to your love like you've always wanted too. it is hard liek you say to ask her out but if you dont, dont you think another guy can come in front of you and ask her out first.. so do the first step quickly before anyother guy comes and take her away from you.
dont worry bout what she might say, just go to her and tell her WHAT YOU FEEL dont be afraid that is what love is. if you really liek her you will do it remember that we all got a chance of a "YES".. AND YOU GOT YOURS.

aww what you feel is more than lovee for this girl. it makes me feel some kind of way like happy to know that a guy can feel does things too, that not only gurls have does big feelings for guys.. you know something tell her for real what you feel tell her you really mean it.. tell her show her how much you love her not only by doing things for her, or by giving her gifts because as you might know love is not only gifts, roses, kisses or hugs love is bigger than that. love is what we all live for and hope to find and u have found yours only that she dont know she have found you too. go ahead MAKE THE STEP BUT this time tell her you REALLY MEAN WHT YOU FEEL AND THAT ITS NOT JUST WORDS ITS WHAT YOU FEEL FOR HER WHAT YOU BEEN FEELING ALL THIS TIME YOU WERE AROUND HER. tell her everything you are saying right now here. and i bet she will understand you but be romantic, be polite, understanding thats what we all look in a guy. and i bet you have does qualities!!
