When the love of my life, walked out forever that night.

I couldn't believe I lost her, till she was out of my sight.

I pleaded and begged for her to give me a chance.

She told me, "Its over, move on, too bad."

The tears in her eyes ran down her pretty face,

I could still feel her love without her embrace.

She thought that I cheated, that's why she left.

She ONLY thought that I cheated, she didn't ask me instead.

She says that she loves me, and that I really don't love her,

She told me its over, and to go after another.

I don't understand exactly what I did wrong?

I'm trying to hold on, while she's already moved on.

If someone loves you, won't they always love you?

Or are they only with you, until they no longer want you?

She says we need time, but time is all we have.

The more time that she takes, the less time we will have.

I miss her in a way, some people will never understand.

I love her in a way, no one else ever can.

I just need her to know, she's the only one in my heart,
