Memories

We use lay on these green grass wishing how the day will last
Always dreaming of how things could be
All the memories we use to share, the fondness times we always care
Oh how I’m wishing you were here with meWhy did you leave so soon thought we’ll wait till the roses bloom
Thought you and I would always be.

Well things have change you’ve gone your way
And I am left without a word to say
And I know its hard to believe but you’re the only one that see what’s in me
When I’m down and lost for words you’re always there I’m always heard
And when you’re around there’s always things to say
The simplest things just really makes my day.

It just funny how it really seems all the times when I was mean
You didn’t even bother or care
Thought all the times I was in power come to think about it I was just a coward
Oh how I miss the good times that we shared
Although I know it’s just too hard to understand it’s so hard to take the pain again
And it’s like I’m breathing in stale air
Now its hard for me to be on time its like a battle I’m in the front line
Just waiting for someone to shoot down I’m so lost when you’re not around
And you know it’s just doesn’t make it easier

And I know I won’t ever get you back in my arms again
But only time can tell and one day yes one day my heart will mend…
