take the chance...again

the risk

sans my senses and pride
i step up and take the dive
into the world that i despise
where my heart once recognize

the reasons for my action
to gain sort of satisfaction
for if i had waited any longer
things could have gone bitter

so i muster all my strength
i am down to one last breath
plunge myself to harm's way
into happiness and not astray
