sometimes love is murder

she thought he loved her
but he hits and swings at her
she hides in the closet
in her mind shes screaming sanctuary
she cries softly while sliting her wrists
she watches her blood drip off her fingertips
she opens the closet door thinking hes gone to the bar but he grabs her arm
she hits and smacks him begging him for her life
she realizes her dead brothers knife was in her hand
she starts stabbing himshe said"this is for the seven years of pain"
he said"but,i love you! she said "well,sometimes love is murder."
