This feels like the end of things


 


Fooling myself with dreams of things that will never be


 


Torturing myself with empty hope in the face of nothingness


 


It now hurts as much to look forward as backward


 


And the present is like a piercing knife of lonliness


 


Reacing out in desperation but nobody to take my hand
