Somehow I understand exactly what you mean, the pain of rejection or being traded for someone else breaks the heart into a thousand pieces, then thinking that maybe if I cut myself, the pain would take away the pain your feeling inside...I still bare my marks on my body & in my heart

then does it mean u aint got controll over anythting? thers gotta be that one thing that ur inner self cries for that u controll and let u dominate and not alwys ur felings!!! we feel a lotta things.... smashing ma head against the wall bt i dominate that voice,desire,drive and thought and tell maself nope, um very hurt,but that i wont do!!!!
