ok well i have a boyfriend that i really care about. and one day randomly my ex shows up and wants to "hang" . i think he wants to be more than friends.

Do what your heart says. You say you love your current boyfriend, but you have to ask yourself if you still care about your ex. I have been in your situation many times before, but your heart never tells you something bad. If you make a mistake with your ex, just be honest with yourself and ask yourself who you are better off with.
