does he love me or not?

we were walking in the park
u were holding my hand
and showing me off to the world

you bent down
picked up a beautiful flower
and gave it to me

i told u that
ill keep it in a safe place
and each time were together
ill pull off a petal

saying
he loves me
he loves me not
he loves me
he loves me not
hoping that the last petal
would land on he loves me

one night
he called me and asked me to go to his house
so i did
and he said he wanted to break up with me

i said okay
went back home
and cried my heart out

so i went to go look for the flower
and i saw that there was only one petal left
so i pulled it off knowing that it was the end
he loves me not
