	Remembering the days together, Nothing got in our way, Not even the weather. We went on day by day, Holding and loving one another, Until suddenly that day came. You no longer wanted to bother, And somehow, I was to blame. I was a smoker for over 13 years, And I quit cold turkey for you, Now I lay cover in tears. Because my love for you is true, I changed my style of clothes, Threw out my baggy pants, sweats and flannels, Only to find you demanding for more-gettin the most. Not quite digging the sandals, But its what you like, with pretty pink toes, I got my hair and nails done, Maybe I can pierce my nose? But here I stand alone, When you compare me to those hoes. I tried to get you to see, how true my love is. I gave you so many things, Which meant nothing to me but your happiness, But only my heart stings, because you say your not in love, I'm unattractive-you claim, I need to lose weight- you say, But I'm still the same, Nothing about me changed, What made you this way?
