To an unnamed love (My muse)
The gorgeosity of your glimmering green eyes,
That sparkle like the starry summer night skies.
Eyes that shine in the darkness, with a sun like fire,
Set my soul aflame and make my spirit soar ever higher.
Like medusa your gaze freezes me as a statue,
My mesmerising muse, I am transfixed by you.
To hold you brings hope to my hopeless heart,
Revives youth’s faded feeling, I feared had flown.
I passionately pray we may never part,
Since, that I could love again, you have shown.
Holding you, whilst you serenely sleep,
I would gladly give you my heart to keep.
To touch your faultless, silk soft skin;
Its smooth marble like sensuous beauty,
Its soothing warmth pressed against me.
A divine beauty for which any man would sin.
Makes my spirit sing as a thousand angels new born,
Serenading god on the world’s first sun kissed dawn.
I never thought I’d feel this way again,
But when I first saw you I felt the same.
When I think of you, it dissolves past pain
And with it, the sense of worthless self shame.
My very being seems to be alive for the first time
-A feeling which can’t be expressed with words or rhyme.
