Poetry is our place to give our love when no one wants to accept it, as well as yell our rage when no one wants to hear it, thats why we are poets.... Jay you have placed your rage in the right place in the pages of your peotry and there is nothing wrong with that... the poem shows the truth of how you are feeling right now get it out, it took me 42 years and a mental break down on a suicide ward before i faced mine glad your getting yours out early....

That's how I see it also and thank you for the support. it's hard to constantly get criticism sometimes lol.
But i'll never stop putting how i truly feel out there.
Why do so many people have a problem with uncomfortable feelings? it's like we all have to live in this happy-joy world all the time, I hate it.

jay u are fabulous no matter what!! dont let anyone ever tell u other wise. you and greeneyedgirl are completely right. there is nothing wrong with feelings. everyone feels, but most people cant handle dealing with it. it took me a few years and some partial breakdowns before i was completely comfortable with dealing with my emotions. i love writing because i can say exactly what i want. this site is designed for poets to display our work, not for being judged. i read everybodys work no matter what the topic. in fact i wrote a total hate poem the other day because i was fuckin pissed. i havent posted it yet cause the language is pretty bad, lol. not sure if i'm even goin too, but anyways, keep writing hun, i'm a total fan and i think its same to say that we love all ur stuff. =>
