It was summer I was having a ball
I knew it was a party every time you’d call
We were together just about everyday
But it wasn’t serious it was just play
I was having a lot of fun and then some
Didn’t know what was about to come
I didn’t know that I liked you this way
Until you did me dirty one day
You called my sister and said come alone
Your feelings for me were really shown
But I just cry then act like nothing’s wrong
Because my feelings really grew so strong
You did me dirty more then I know
But my feelings continue to grow
You still do me dirty I still stay the night
And somehow to me that’s alright
I can’t stop you from what you do
I’m just happy to spend time with you
You’re dirty to me but my feelings are the same
My heart trembles when I hear your name
I never knew I would feel this way
Really didn’t think the feelings would stay
I know my love for you will forever stay
Because you’re a friend you never go away
So what I’m saying is I love the way we are
Because together we wouldn’t go far
But as friends we will last a little longer
Maybe your feeling will get a little stronger
Maybe mine for you will disappear
And that is something that I fear
I want to love you and noone new
My hearts feelings are so true
I moved on so I will make you think
now n then I will give you a wink
and I’ll do it Just to let you know
That you messed up when you let me go
