Well then, you've had the same beginning as most! Did you ever watch a cross country running race. Often the ones who sprint out of the gate too fast fade in the first mile and finish way back. Did you watch the Kentucky Derby this year? The winning horse was a 50 to 1 longshot. He started way back in the pack but ran like a demon against the rail on the homestretch and won the race by a Kentucky Mile!!

So smile! But don't feel sorry for yourself. Now is the time to dig in, determined to make a real run later in the race. It's all about pacing yourself and saving a little for a strong finish!!
