Are you the one to help conquer my fears?

Life keeps moving, it doesn’t slow down;

I wonder now, how my life got turned around.

I’m trying to fight, struggling to survive;

I’m trying so hard to figure out my life.

You are here and I love you for that;

However, past decisions are forever to last.

Life decisions are being thrown at my face;

I’ve got to move on before it’s too late.

As much as I hate it, I’ve got to go;

I will love you forever, I hope you know.

It’s time I figured out exactly how I feel;

I’ve got to determine what’s fake and what’s real.

We can’t keep running from the problem;

This time we gotta grow up instead of run.

It’s time to face the world with my head high;

As hard as it is, I will always try.

I hope my heart can finally stay strong;

I need to fix everything that’s wrong.

The twists and turns have put me to the test;

Although much needed, I have no time to rest.

I’ve gotta hold back, I can not cry;

It’s finally time I quit living a lie.

I’ll miss you greatly, but it’s time to move on;

I wish there was another way before we’re long gone.

The good times and laughs will never be forgot;

But you can’t untangle life’s crazy knot.

This is life; it’s how it’s supposed to be;

Like it or not, it won’t change for you and me.
