You know this breakup is generating some good poems! : )

When you're so down....you see no future...that's the way it feels.
But then you realize that life is like this....ups and downs
And when you're down......what comes next?.....The bottom of the down is the beginning of a new up...but you just can't see it.

Don't talk about death and dying.....you're young and have so much to offer....so much more to experience and so many good things. You're a nice poet and writer and I'm sure you have much more to offer too.

You have a good heart! The proof of that is how much it's hurting right now. Be glad you have a good heart. The world needs more of them.

Don't wish to hurt others because they have hurt you. Don't be spiteful...that only hurts who you really are and hurts your soul. It's in being kind to others that you'll find more of yourself.

But for now, get an hour or two of sleep which your body and mind need. When you awaken...see things a little brighter.
