Muse Me

Surfaced

Surfaced

Cross my heart until I break
And mark me down as a mistake
For showing me that I was real
Has hurt beyond what I can feel

The obvious you know I hate
Since it depicts what can't create
Our verity is not complex
Regardless what your pride suggests

But love that swims a shallow sea
Is drowning in what's left of me
As knowing looks from distant eyes
Paint sketchy love on Satin Skies

But Whisper Me a poignant night
Where colors dance on bended light
Then you will see our world unfold
From love for you I wish to hold

Ah good piece. I like it, as I do all the others. You have a way with words my friend. Look forward to reading more of your verses with a smile & occasionally a puzzled look. =)
