not even human being

you stripped what was left of my senses
and replaced it with this false hope within
you plucked at the strings of my naievity
planted the hope that you would change

took what love was left
and fed it to my insecurities

you say you love me
after you've done your damage
but you love the you that you see in me.
you can't live without yourself
you vain fuck

the cheating didnt matter
the lying was expected
the battery was brutal
betrayal was inevitable


but because of you
my faith in hate
is restored.
