Questions

Another day has gone by
One that shall never be mine
I live every day
As if I’m totally fine

Am I totally fine?
Is life alright?
Will I make it
Through the night?

I ask these questions
While I’m sitting here
My heart is in a block of ice
Is the end drawing near?

I know you love me
I know you don’t want me to go
But it this what I need?
Will this help me grow?
