Silent, bold and gentle
he gives more than he has
his love would overwhelm you
though he's tough with his commands
discipline is his virtue
his way to protect and shield
his kids from the corruption of the world
for to it, he would never wield.
Beneath his tough demeanor
lies a humble, loving man
someone who lives to nurture and guide
while enforcing strict demands
but strict as he is
his reasons serve a greater purpose
than his own
his children remain the centre of his world
for without them, his life seems meaningless
but with them, he's not alone!
He doesn;t need to spoil us to know that he cares
we can feel it, whenever he smiles or talks with us.
He doesn't even have to say that he loves us.
He shows us all the time. :D
