Loving through the Night

I saw him ever night
He was sent down from above
He was there in my dreams
Because he is the one I love

He gently kissed my lips
I gently kissed his back
I love him so much
And the tenderness did not lack

I was floating on a cloud
With him floating next to me
He held me close to his heart
Then I could finally see

My heart was his
His heart was mine
And I could tell
That we would be just fine

I woke up the next morning
To my surprise I see
That boy I love so dearly
Was laying next to me
