Lost

what to do ,where to go and how do i get out of this place .I dont know what to do im stuck in this one spot .I cant really figure out what to do my mind is racing and my heart is pounding .I cant stand up straight and i keep falling over nothing is working for me there is nothing left to do but to try and get out and to stop wondering when and how this is going to ruining me .Escape is the only thing i could do right now .No one is here to help me as i cry and scream for help no one moves and everything is still like a picture in a frame .
