Where my Soul


You once could see.


Can you feel my desire,


Which most find rare


And true?


Look deeper, I ask you,


Do you recall


The day, you said,


“I do?”


Look into my eyes,


My Dear.


See what you


May find.


It may be a bit


Chilly to you,


Since you’re shallow,


Empty; Blind.


Look into my Eyes,


For hope you wish to find.


A sign I, too, hoped for


As you hid behind me


As a hunter does his Blind.


Now close your eyes Dear


Think of your worst fear.


As I walk away


From you,


Your wife, friend and lover,


Forgiving you year upon year.


My eyes spoke volumes


If only you could hear.

Wow this is loud and clear. Really like the depth of this and the picture that this leaves after I read this. This is deep as they say very deep.
