Search in vain
to try and find
a way to soothe
a troubled mind
for how to change
a thought cemented
when false beliefs
are implemented?
look within 
beyond the surface
lies a force
with an alternate purpose
it feeds on lies
and misconceptions
steers you in the wrong direction
takes all sense
and murders faith
replaces hope
and launches hate
mixes thoughts
delights in confusion
applauds your shame
and heightens delusion
erases your morals
and feeds on drama
manipulates
then inflicts more trauma
corrupts your heart
and bars your way 
sealed your soul
sent sanity away
has planted it's seed
now in fruition
stripped you of
your intuition
now, not at all
your former self
convinced yourself
you don't need help
but what you've lost
you cant regain
for life's not life
when you're insane.
