In the fog of morning

Life is just a cheap imitatiation
of what it could be
All well wishing thoughts have little meaning
Only deeds do

Is a friend the one who blesses your sins
and enables
Or the one who casts light upon them
and tries to bring change

I feel sad inside today
and broken
not for myself
There are some things I wish I didn't know

I think I need some time alone
Because I feel angry today
sad and angry
and shaken up by things
