Hmm.. it means he likes you as a person and enjoys your company and talking to you. It also means that he has a girlfriend and that he is 'unavailable' for a relationship but totally up for a friendship. Don't get your hopes up girly, cause what goes up does come down. And you have to deal with the shit in the end. It's normal to go googoo eyed over guys who give you attention and treat you like your more than just mediocre, but don't let your walls down to quickly, you just need to be aware that sometimes guys take advantage of your vulnerabilities (not all) and they just use you. For the sake of using you and pleasuring themselves. If you aren't able to deal with something like that I say, try your best to not look at him as a possible 'relationship prospect' unless you know for sure that he is genuinely interested in you.
