YES! Band is very fun. Learning an insrument such as Guitar, Saxaphone, Flute, Trumpet, etc. makes you look and feel very intelligent and you have a much greater chance of getting into college, because as I said it makes you look smart. You get to meet tons of new people and go so many places. Like Band Camp, Group Competiton, All district, All state, and out of state trips. I met lots of people at SWOSU Band Camp and some I still even keep in touch with. There are a lot of scholarship opertunities to. So YES band is very fun!
