 | How She Feels
She hear's him say the words,
She see's the look on his face,
She feel's the knife pierce her heart,
As she watches him walk away.
He walks away,
Not once did he look back,
Tear's filled her eyes,
As he got further and further away.
She wishes she knew what to say,
She raced thru her mind,
Trying to find something that might make him stay.
But she know's the truth of the situation..
And know's nothing will make him stay.
As he walks away, she just want's to fall,
Fall to her knees to the ground,
Fall and let it all out.
Fall and curl up in a ball,
Fall and rock herself, cry herself to sleep.
She feel's her knees shake,
Her legs turn to Jello,
Her tear's tempararally blinding her,
Her sobes cloging her ears,
She doesnt know if she can go on,
Without him by her side,
She doesnt want to live her life,
with the mistakes she has made.
She remember's a time when life was so much easier,
When hights and spiders had been her only fear's.
She missed how she once was,
Never fearing anything,
Having no regrets.
Living life to it's fullest,
Instead of fearing life itself.
But now, She feared every little thing.
She feared love, in fear of being hurt again.
There isnt much she doesnt fear.
She watches him, until he's out of site,
Knowing that he's just walked from her life,
Knowing that he's gone for good.
Knowing she's just lost the very thing,
That if only for a short time,
made her forget all her fears..
But now she stand's in the road,
broken and exposed
all of her fears start flooding back.
She wishes He would turn around,
go back and wrap his arms around her.
She wanted to feel safe again,
She wanted this all to be a dream,
But she knew the realitiy of the situation,
