The past is dark, the future unseen
The present seem to be blurry and mean
My heart is closed and fully locked
For fear of new and freshly mocked

I never dreamed of having you
To come my way and set me free
From darkest life and loneliness
From wariness and emptiness

But then one day you just arrived
Armored like a knight you gave a ride
To the moon and stars we drove away
Until the day comes out its way

And then the lights overwhelmed me
As I open up my eyes, I saw reality
That knights and stars and moon above
Are just a part of a hopeless love

For nowadays it never does
Really exists in real life
And if we've been dreaming of it
The time has come for dream to ceased

So off I go and on with life
The life I used to know in time
The smile he brings into my face
Will just be a memory in space
