Holding Her Hand

The warmest part of part of my body was my hand that was holding her hand.
My dress was swaying side to side, the same direction as my long tied-up hair,
the night was warm with a beautiful windy chill that brushed her shoulders and made both our hair dance with the wind. As I walked in the dark with her by side, her laugh filling my heart, I felt protected.
As we walked over to the abandoned park, and she sat on the swing I felt protective. Slowly I rocked hr back and forth while not taking my eyes of her smile. The only light form the street lamps lit her face; it was all I could see in the darkness of the night.
Every time she swung close to me, I could smell her hair, her captivating body, then she put her feet on the damp ground and pulled me down on to her lap and started to swing, her head resting calmly on my shoulder, she began to whisper in my ear, words that mean all that is true to me. My body tingled as her warm breath covered my neck.
Her body flowing to and fro with mine answering to every movement. Together we stop and both stand, her skirt brushing against my dress. I look at her and see that familiar wild look in her eye, she wrapped her arms around my neck and kisses my softly on my cold lips.

She smiles and starts to run across the park field waving for me to chase her, I watch her for a minute, her long hair flying around her face, her bare shoulders outlined in the dark.
I ran hard to catch her, finally I caught her arm, and she turned around and threw herself around me and in a loud whisper she says I love you, and in unison we kiss, her body so close to mine, I could almost feel her heart beat. My eyes met hers as they opened.
I take her hand and out stretch her arm whiling placing my hand on her waist, slowly we turn, and perfectly we dance, laughing as we both spin and twirl past flowers and trees, until we reach the river. We stand side by side, her body against mine, the moon above us and the river in front of us, reflecting the stars beautifully.

We place our arms around each other and walk together into the night.
