Having fun in the garden - even if you have allergy

Do you love your garden? Cause i do a lot! And thanks to some good ways i can have fun there even being allergic. Look what i have found at the Liveoutside Garden Buildings Blog:

Allergy
has become an epidemic of modern world. Alas, it would be a shame not
to associate with nature in a private garden when living in a house. It
should not be allowed for such a common disorder to force people
afflicted by it to stay indoors during the most beautiful months of
year. Especially when complying with few simple rules can minimize the
risk of staying OUTSIDE for those people.

  • The
most important thing in creating an allergy sufferer-friendly garden is
to plan which plant species should or should not be planted. It is
recommended to avoid strong and popular allergens – in such a garden
you mustn’t plant any kind of birch, willow, alder, hazel or wormwood.
You should also avoid exotic decorative grass, as their localization and type rules our mowing, for they can be a strong allergen.
  • Although
many people are allergic to popular pollens, it is good to shun from it
in allergy sufferer-friendly garden, as faded, falling blossom, because
of its fibrous and airy structure, irritates air-passages, and while
decomposing they become a culture medium for highly allergenic
    bacteria, fungus and milbens.
  • Other plants commonly met in gardens are mostly safe for allergy sufferers,
regardless if it’s flowers, decorative trees, shrubs or fruits,
vegetables, herbs and spices. So in short, when planning a garden for
allergy sufferer, aside from individual predispositions of a particular
garden-owner, you should also stay away from common allergens because a reaction to it can occur without any apparent reason even in person who normally are not affected.
  • It
is a superstition that allergy sufferers must avoid lawns. However you
should obey a few conditions if it is supposed to be a decoration and a
place of relaxation, not a torture tool. The lawn has to be mown regularly – optimally once a week in period from April to September. Also, the
highly allergenic hay must be gathered and piled in a separate, far
from the house place. It would be best for a person other than the
    allergy sufferer to do it.
  • Because of breathing problems related to allergy in allergy sufferer-friendly garden you should prevent from creating wide spaces underneath branchy trees and ponds, as they increase air humidity and conduces growth of highly allergenic fungus.

Of
course, the garden plan should be adjusted to an allergy of specific
person, avoiding all plants that are allergenic to its owner. But
generally all guidelines contained in this article are universal and
can be used with every garden of which benefits will be enjoyed by and
allergy sufferer.

And i can only add that i just love to stay in my luxury gazebo! Always is a beautiful day for me.
