How could it be
That a gentle kiss
Turned into this monster
I said no, you stopped
And yet your mind continued
I left with a sad goodbye
But when I said goodbye you said forever
You don't call or write
And my mind thinks of that night
Should I have let you
If I gave myself would things be different?
The answer is no.
That's all you were after...
So now I say
Goodbye forever

And I will forget you
