GLAD THAT I LIVE

I'm glad that I lived
 I battled and strived
   for the place I know
     I shall live

You gave me courage
   faith and love
     for this journey
I knew once I was alone

I struggled and battled
  in a war made by my fantasy
I was prisoned and trapped
   But I'm glad that I live

For once I know you were there
  giving me comfort and protection
    and glad that I live
For now I know I wasn't alone
