We always grieve before we say hello and our goodbyes are said in the aftermath of the sorrow.

They see these tears glide down both cheeks.

These tears are signs of my hearts surrender.

Its weakness at the face of tragedy.

And I want to be strong at this moment because if you were here you would of wanted me to.

I'm going to be strong for you.

I'm going to be strong.

Chest out and chin up to the sky.

But I still taste the salty tears as they fall into my mouth gracefully like rain drops on mellow evenings

If I could I would convert these tears into something else.

Something that truly represents how I feel at this moment and time because tears are not a accurate representation of what lies inside my moist eyes.

And if you look deeply into them you'll see.

You'll see the anguish and defeat of a poet who has loss his muse.
