Depression

I want to scream, scream at the top of my lungs

I want to cry but I know no one would hear me

For i know that i am alone, all alone eversince

No one to share my laughter and tears 

No one to lean on to hear my thoughts

I am hanging  on a dead end of my life 

And its worthless to live..

Can so relate to this poem, Sometime i really struggle to hold onto my sanity and not let myself sink into that deep black hole that seems to be there always willinging drawing me in with promises of a painless end to my life. fight and stand strong.
