Darkness turning to light

The empty feeling of being alone,
When the one you love has suddenly flown,
The lonliness felt deep down inside,
No night passed when i had not cried.

A sudden meeting gave me some hope,
The lifting of darkness has helped me to cope,
Happiness and warmth i again feel,
My broken heart has begun to heal.

My bestest friend you have become,
My life and emotions no longer numb,
A special message came from above,
Gave the permission to give you my love.

So now i am free to start again,
A life of laughter and no more pain,
Ideally with you i would love to share,
Our future together, If you dare!!!!
