Don’t worry, I can read the sign


I know what is in your mind


You need not even say a word or two


Your silence speaks so pure and true


 


I need not be a sage or a wizard


To feel the beatings of your heart


Though you try hard to conceal it


The change within, you just can’t shield


 


I should have seen it coming


The fire in you is slowly ebbing


No longer does love resound


No longer does passion in you abound


 


What am I to do now, my dear?


I’ve lived my life with no other


How can I face tomorrow


Without you to help me through?
