Your eyes of green entrance me,
Your face stays in my mind.
Your voice still seems to haunt me,
Even after all this time.

I hear I love you, oh so soft,
I look to see if you are there,
And I see that you are not.

They say that time can heal all wounds,
But time for me stand still.
Steadily I’m losing grip,
I’m lost behind the wheel.

Please stop this insanity
Stop these tears that I cry
Your love is like heaven to me
Come back someway somehow.
