InRedWar, players can found that the archers is ao powerful, so before you start there are either claw or bow rangers! If you choose a Bow Ranger, you can see the claws seem a really more powerful in damage.

It is all really up to your preference. As you know the beginner skills are good when you start off, one issue of an Archer is it will get hit alot so I suggest partying or soloing a ways back to avoid getting hit and to do this I would get some gear that gives you a better chance of dodging.
 
You can put 20+ into my strength and 3 into accuracy yes it isn't teh best attribute combo for a ranger. To have a better chance with Rangers you deffinitely need better deffence to teh point were you can reileve some constant spaming, If you are a patient lvler just go into Riveryard or Ancient Castle your lvl 31 atm and would have lvled more but you wasted some time on Quests.
 
You should add more in terms of skills and such later along with any tips or hints. As a beginner to this game and you choose a Ranger you should choose bow or claws they both own, but you should get 5 focus and 10 power but lvl 16 then to 21 lvl(RedWar powerleveling) up accuracy 5 times then so on and so on, this will help hit stronger,more accurate,and the focus just helps a lot.
