Anchors Amongst Hurdles

Your world was going so great
Everyone always had a smile on their face
Come to find out
It is an ugly world of pretend
People saying forever
and "I love you's" that they don't really mean.
World seems traumatized
Your world has seemed to crash
Everything seems to have tumbled
But don't give up
We'll always be here for you -
We aren't part of the dress-up and pretend world
We TRULY do love you
And you are strong...
All three of you.
No matter what -
No matter how much happens
Or how much seems to go wrong
Together we will make it through.
We'll jump the hurdles
