Her warm afternoon
Enlightenment found
On pages he bound

Their story of Love
Turns passion with time 
And kisses to rhyme 

Now seeing herself
In Poem or word
She mused, how absurd 

Though only a glimpse 
His once knowing look 
And closing of book 

Was reading her fate 
And turning a page, 

A different time,

A different age
